Lee Valley Bigoli Cutter Attachment For The Marcato Pasta Machine

An optional accessory for the Marcato pasta machine, this cutter lets you create your own homemade bigoli noodles with ease and speed. A traditional Venetian favorite, the round noodles are similar to spaghetti, but are slightly thicker (3.5mm or just over 1/8″ in diameter), with a rough texture that holds sauces well.

Made of chrome-plated steel with anodized aluminum rollers, the cutter slips into the slots on the pasta machine so it’s easy to attach and detach as needed. Made in Italy.
