Lee Valley Cube Knife

Made by the same firm that produces our classic Rybička (“little fish”) knife, this compact and elegant cube knife is just over 3″ long when folded and 5 1/2″ unfolded.

Opening the knife is a quick and easy two-step process; double-pivot hinges let you reveal the blade and reform the handle with the blade now exposed. By design, it will not open accidentally, making it safe to carry in a pocket or purse.

The bevelled blade is just over 2″ long and, like most knives, can benefit from a bit of honing if you want it razor sharp.

Made entirely of stainless steel (blade is 440A hardened to Rc55-57), it makes an excellent gift.
