Lee Valley French Fry Cutter

This is the best fry cutter we’ve tested. It has a sturdy, commercial-grade cast-iron construction designed for heavy, continuous use and has sharp stainless-steel blades that create consistently uniform fries.

Its V-shaped trough holds potatoes (or onions, zucchini, or other vegetables) up to 6″ long, channeling them into the blades. Two sets of blades are included, each in a die-cast aluminum frame, for cutting 1/4″ or 3/8″ square fries.

On smooth countertops, suction cup feet help keep the cutter firmly in place. For a more permanent installation, the suction cups can be removed and the device can be mounted on a wall or counter (instructions included).

Measures 13″ long by 9 1/2″ wide and 8 3/4″ tall, with the handle measuring an additional 18″ from its base.
